**** URGENT ***** Can everyone ask around to see if anyone is missing a Ginger Male Cat. Cat has been found dumped in a wheelie bin tied in a fertiliser / rubble sack secured with cable tie. Cat was taken to our vets and is now with the SSPCA. Cat was found in a bin at the side of the A909. The road which runs fr…om kelty – Cowdenbeath and past mossmoran. Details are sketchy just now, we are awaiting an update from the vets later. Poor baby. Contact SSPCA if you believe the cat may be yours on 03000 999 999.
